Terms of Service
1. What API Vault is
API Vault is a web and Android service for controlling how AI clients use accounts, websites, and credentials that you choose to connect. It can broker provider APIs, OAuth authorizations, protected browser sessions, and fallback API credentials while keeping underlying credential material behind the API Vault security boundary.
2. You control delegated authority
You choose which AI identity may use each connected service, signed-in website, or vault credential and which permissions it receives. Depending on what you grant, an AI may read information, create or modify data, communicate externally, initiate destructive actions, interact with security settings, or perform other consequential operations. You remain responsible for reviewing the authority you grant and the actions you approve.
3. Third-party services
You must have the right to connect each account, website, API credential, or service you add. Your use of a third-party service remains subject to that provider's own terms, policies, limits, prices, and availability.
4. Security
API Vault is designed not to expose underlying provider passwords, OAuth tokens, API keys, or protected browser session material to AI clients. No security system is infallible. Protect your devices and API Vault account and revoke or rotate credentials or sessions if you suspect compromise.
5. Connected AI platforms
Connecting an AI platform such as ChatGPT or Claude authorizes that platform to call API Vault within the permissions you approve. The AI platform may receive operation inputs and results needed to complete those requests, but API Vault is designed not to return the underlying provider credentials or protected browser-session material. Your use of the AI platform remains subject to that platform's own terms and privacy practices.
6. AI actions
AI-generated instructions can be incorrect or unexpected. API Vault permission checks limit scope; they do not guarantee that an action is wise, accurate, or beneficial. Human approval of a consequential operation authorizes that operation but does not make an underlying AI recommendation correct.
7. Paid plans
Web purchases are billed through Stripe and Android purchases through Google Play. The price, renewal terms, taxes, trial terms if any, and cancellation controls shown by the applicable checkout govern the purchase. Founders Lifetime Pro is a one-time individual entitlement at the displayed price; later price changes do not retroactively change a completed lifetime purchase.
8. Acceptable use
You may not use API Vault to facilitate unlawful access, credential theft, fraud, malware, abuse of a third-party service, circumvention of another person's authorization, or activity that violates applicable law or the accessed service's terms.
9. Availability and changes
API Vault depends on third-party identity, hosting, browser, API, and payment infrastructure. Features may be updated, replaced, rate-limited, or discontinued when necessary for security, compatibility, provider changes, legal compliance, or product development.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Golden Physics Project is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from third-party outages, provider charges, an AI action you authorized, compromised devices or accounts, or use contrary to these terms. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
