Delete your API Vault account
You can request deletion even if you no longer have access to the app.
- Email dtoupin@goldenphysics.org from the address associated with your API Vault account.
- Use the subject API Vault account deletion.
- We may ask you to verify control of the account before destructive deletion is performed.
Data covered
After identity verification, deletion covers account-linked API Vault data under Golden Physics Project control, including connected-service records, delegated AI identities and permissions, remote gateway credentials, encrypted sync records, protected browser-profile records, and API Vault billing-entitlement records associated with the account.
Local device data
Local only Android vault data is stored on your device. Account deletion does not remotely erase unrelated local files or third-party accounts. Delete local vault entries, clear the app's storage, or uninstall it if you also want the local copy removed.
Third-party accounts and billing
Deleting API Vault does not delete your third-party provider accounts. It also does not automatically cancel a subscription managed by Google Play or another billing platform; cancel recurring billing through that platform when applicable.
Timing
We aim to complete verified requests promptly and within 30 days. Some records may be retained longer only where reasonably required for payment disputes, fraud prevention, accounting, security, legal obligations, or backup-cycle completion.
